Dr. Jennifer Real, MD
Medical Director, Hospital Medicine – Physician Development
Dr. Real was born and raised in Ohio. She attended medical school in New York at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed her residency at UC San Diego. She has practiced as a hospitalist in Virginia and Hawaii, but now calls the hill country of Texas home. She made the switch to full time telemedicine in 2019 with Eagle. Outside of medicine, Dr. Real’s passions include bike racing and dog rescue.
